We are looking for passionate and compassionate mental health providers who recognize that all patients need and deserve quality care. If you are dedicated to delivering this caliber of treatment, please read on to learn more about what working together can look like for you.

PCP & You

WHY PCP?

PCP creates and provides equitable work environments

We operate with transparent hiring and billing practices

All providers start at a 75% reimbursement rate and can earn up to 90%. (You read that right. As someone who started their career with a 40% return on collected reimbursement, Dr. Tuttle vowed to change the landscape of unfair clinic / provider split arrangements.) PCP works extremely hard to keep the operating, back-end costs low so that you- the talent, the provider, can have a higher reimbursement rate for your services rendered.

We strive to create opportunities for all clinicians- no matter the degree letters after your name, to have avenues towards viable, financial career success.

PCP promotes diversity by operating through a lens of cultural humility. This means we discuss ideas, challenge beliefs, and put in the ongoing work that it takes to remain educated on issues related to social justice.

PCP highlights inclusivity and is committed to amplifying voices and expanding space for those individuals who have been historically marginalized. We are loud and we are proud when it comes to advocating for #Diversability #Inclusion4Health and being a #DisabilityALLY

PCP celebrates, supports and stands with the LGBQTIA+ community in solidarity.

Clinicians who are licensed to practice in the state of Michigan with the following credentials are encouraged to apply.

Psychologists with LPs, LLPs, or TLLPs

Social Workers with MSWs or LMSW’s)

Professional Counselors with LPCs
