If you are a nursing home or assisted living administrator, executive director, director of nursing, or director of social work and would like more information about working with Patient Centered Psych, please complete the short residential services initial contact form here.
For Outpatient Services
If you are interested in outpatient psychological counseling in person in our Livonia office, or via Telehealth, please note that Patient Centered Psych works with adults age 21 and up, and provides counseling services to individuals with underlying medical conditions who are also in need of therapy for mental health.
If you prefer to have Telehealth sessions instead of in person appointments, these will be carried out through a HIPAA compliant and secure video platform. This means you will need to open a link at the time of your session, and you will also need to have access to a computer or tablet screen in order to participate in video sessions with your therapist.
